        MARINERS MATE EXTRA is a unique all in one NON-HAZARDOUS goods rust and scale treatment and bactericidal product that has synergies with all maritime production and support industry groups / facilities. For the safe removal of rust & scale deposits from ships, platforms, marine structures and equipment without using hydrofluoric, hydrochloric or phosphoric acid blends. The product is also used in the building and construction industries to remove calcium deposits, iron stains, cement smears and general builders grime from concrete and masonry surfaces including grouting, ceramics, terracotta and bricks. MARINERS MATE EXTRA contains powerful readily biodegradable surfactants, natural and biological acids and a quaternary ammonium compound that kills and contains bacteria, algae, fungi and mould. MARINERS MATE EXTRA is PHOSPHATE FREE and GREY WATER SAFE when used at the recommended dilution and application rates and has a very low corrosive effect on all ferrous, non ferrous and alloys.
