Use Recommendations

ABLEFROST HD 30% is recommended for temperatures as low as -12°C (-10°F). ABLEFROST HD 30% is suitable in the single fluid process heating and cooling, closed loop, water-based HVAC applications where propylene glycol containing fluids are required or recommended such as food processing establishment.

]]> RO Cleaning Powder is a high alkaline product used for removing deposits from membranes. An equivalent to Flocon MC11 the benefits and features of our RO Cleaning Powder include:

  • Use on a variety of membrane types (polyamide / polysulfone / composite),
  • Effectively removes organic and silt deposits,
  • Super high pH of 12-13,
  • Use at ambient temperature, but is accelerated by heat (check membrane manufacturers limits),
  • Recommended dosage of 25 Grams / 1L Water.
  • When heavy fats & oils are present in membranes, consider adding caustic (sodium hydroxide) into the rinse tank for extra cleaning power. Add caustic in equals parts, up to 25grams caustic / 1L Water.

]]> BCDMH TABLETS are a broad spectrum biocide used in industrial water applications. Utilising slow releasing Bromine and Chlorine for the efficient treatment and control of algae, bacteria and fungus.

Active ingredients are bromo-chloro-dimethyI- hydantoin (BCDMH), CAS # 16079-88-2.

Easy to use, BCDMH Tablets are effective at low concentrations, an outstanding source of bromine and offer OH&S benefits over liquid form of chlorine.

Dosage: amount used is dependent on many factors such as the amount of fouling and type of system, as a guide:

Shock Dose: up to 36 tabs to every 10,000L to reach 1ppm.

Ongoing: 6-18 tabs to every 10,000L to reach 1ppm.

Use Recommendations

  • Air conditioning condensates.
  • Brewery and food pasteurisers.
  • Cooling Towers.
  • Heat exchange systems.
