ANTIFOAM – FG is a high-performance, silicone-free defoamer designed to quickly control and suppress foam in a wide range of industrial and food-related applications. It is a fully active formula with no silicone or wax additives present as ingredients.

ANTIFOAM – FG is suitable for use on food-contact surfaces; it is not recommended for use as an ingredient or a food additive in food or beverage formulations.

This product is non-hazardous, non-dangerous goods, easy to use, and highly economical, making it an excellent choice for businesses looking for effective foam control across waterbased systems.

Applications

Foam Control Concentrate FG can be used in a wide range of industrial applications as a defoamer, including:

  • Paints, adhesives and paper coating systems
  • Polymer production including PVC for food packaging, PVA homopolymers and styrene/acrylic systems

Directions for Use

ANTIFOAM – FG can be added directly to water or directly into the system. Very small quantities are generally required for foam control.

A starting dosage of 0.1% to 0.5% is recommended, however the ideal dosage should be determined by laboratory testing or plant trials for your specific application.

Shake well before use.

Storage & Safety

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight. Keep container upright and tightly closed when not in use. Store away from foodstuffs, heat and incompatible materials such as oxidising agents.

While this product is classified as non-hazardous, avoid prolonged skin or eye contact and always read the label and Safety Data Sheet before use.

]]> DDAC 12% is 120g/L of DIDECYLDIMETHYL AMMONIUM CHLORIDE (DDAC) in Deionised Water. This product is recognised as being effective across a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungi and certain viruses when used as directed. Used commonly for the disinfection of processing plants, poultry sheds, drinking water and lines, evaporative cool cell pads and disinfection of incubator eggs.

  • Industrial use only, not for domestic applications.
  • Processing Plants – mist disinfection is recommended after a thorough clean and rinse. DDAC should be diluted at 0.5%v/v with potable water for use as a disinfectant. Apply via a mister or spray pack at a rate of ~12L per 1000m3 and allow to air dry.
  • Poultry Water Lines – Between each batch cycle disinfect the drink lines with a 1:500 dilution (200ml in 100 litres). Leave on for an hour and then purge the lines.
  • Washing of Poultry Sheds & Equipment.
  • Fogging Live Birds.

Use Recommendations

DDAC 12% is effective at very low concentrations – seek technical advice. Recommendations are based with out knowledge of individual equipment or contaminates.
