BIOCIDE THPS 25 is a high performance 25% solution of TETRAKIS(HYDROXYMETHYL) PHOSPHONIUM SULPHATE and water. This product is a Microbiocide that is a broad-spectrum bactericide and fungicide that is used in a variety of process-water applications. It is also effective in controlling sulfate-reducing bacteria and general aerobic bacteria, including microorganisms that contribute to biofilm formation in oil-field recovery, processing, and distribution applications and supporting systems.

Industrial use only, not for domestic applications.
Oil field and petrochemical operations – for use in fluids for drilling and stimulation of oil and gas wells, injection water, water holding tanks, disposal-well water, recirculating-water handling systems, and pipelines.
Controlling slimes, odours, moulds and biological growth in cutting fluids and processing aids.
Heat-transfer systems and industrial and commercial cooling and wastewater systems.
As an additive in paints and antifoulants for control of mildew, mould and fungus.
An effective bilge treatment to control marine plant and animal life such as algae, hydroids and barnacles.
Emulsion and solution preservation – for the preservation of solutions, emulsions, adhesives, and other aqueous liquid products that do not come into contact with food.

Use Recommendations

BIOCIDE THPS is effective at very low concentrations – seek technical advice. Recommendations are based with out knowledge of individual water contaminates.

ABLETHERM SR-1 FLUID 30 RTY is the ready to use version of ABETHERM SR1 FLUID CONCENTRATE. It is a heat transfer fluid containing 30% w/w of ethylene glycol with specially designed industrial corrosion inhibitor package. The fluid is dyed in red for leak detection purposes.

Solution is ready to use so no furtehr dilution is required.

Use Recommendations

ABLETHERM SR-1 FLUID 30 RTU can be used in closed loop, water-based HVAC, Process heating and cooling, water-based HVAC, food industry applications within temperature range. Substitute for Dowtherm.

ABLE PG50-XL Coolant

ABLE PG50-XL is a pre-mixed Propylene Glycol based Coolant. Coloured blue and made with Organic Oat Technology (OAT) offering premium performance antifreeze and corrosion inhibition for use in automotive and other appropriate cooling systems.

Use as received in clean and good condition cooling systems. Recommened to flush system as per manufactures instructions first.

Ablefrost HD 30%

ABLEFROST HD 30% is a ready too use inhibited Propylene glycol-based heat transfer fluid. ABLEFROST HD 30% is a formulation of 30% w/w propylene glycol and a specially designed corrosion inhibitor package. The fluid is dyed pink to aid in leak detection.

Use Recommendations

ABLEFROST HD 30% is recommended for temperatures as low as -12°C (-10°F). ABLEFROST HD 30% is suitable in the single fluid process heating and cooling, closed loop, water-based HVAC applications where propylene glycol containing fluids are required or recommended such as food processing establishment.

90:10 MONO ETHYLENE GLYCOL (MEG) is a blend of high purity (fibre grade) Mono ethylene glycol 90% w/w (AC0254) and Demineralized water 10% w/w (AC305DM) which is then filtered. 90:10 MEG: DI doesn’t contain any oxygen scavenger/s, corrosion Inhibitor/s, biocide/s, dye/s or tracer/s; these can be supplied or added upon written request. 90:10 MEG:DI is used industrially in the production of antifreezes, coolants and a heat exchange mediums.

Pink Spray – Battery Acid Neutraliser

Pink Spray & Battery Acid Neutraliser. Safety and efficiently clean and neutralize battery terminal corrosion with confidence of inbuilt indicator. Also, safely and confidently neutralize spilt or spent sulphuric acid. Aside from being unsafe and acidic, corrosion on battery terminals is a common cause of reduced battery life and electrical problems in vehicles. Simply spray a liberal amount on the corrosion until the solution on one terminal at a time turns from pink to clear. Once solution remains pink then the acid has been fully neutralized. Wipe area clean with rag and repeat on other terminals. Take care not to over spray and link the terminals with the product as shorting may occur. For spilt or spent battery acid you can use pink liquid to neutralize your acid or to test if your acid has been neutralized.

Dipentine (d-limonene substitute)

DIPENTINE is made from pine oil and used as a cheaper alternative to d-limonene / orange turpene.

It is a fast drying, non-residual solvent cleaner for graffiti removal, floor cleaning, carpet stain removal, chewing gum softener and degreasing of electrical equipment, metal parts, electrical components and circuit boards.

An excellent solution for dissolving styrofoam or polystyrene.
