OAT CORROSION INHIBITOR is a premium grade concentrate corrosion inhibitor designed for various applications. Environmentally responsible, non-toxic, non-dangerous and free from nitrates and nitrites.

Use Recommendations

Dipentine (d-limonene substitute)

DIPENTINE is made from pine oil and used as a cheaper alternative to d-limonene / orange turpene.

It is a fast drying, non-residual solvent cleaner for graffiti removal, floor cleaning, carpet stain removal, chewing gum softener and degreasing of electrical equipment, metal parts, electrical components and circuit boards.

An excellent solution for dissolving styrofoam or polystyrene.

Acri-Seal Water Based Acrylic Sealer

ACRI-SEAL is a non-toxic; water based acrylic sealer that is ideal for use as a concrete sealer, terrazzo sealer, clay brick sealer, reconstituted limestone sealer, natural limestone sealer, walkway sealer or general purpose topcoat (excluding marine)

Use Recommendations

This sealer is non-hazardous, low odour and delivers excellent adhesion and high durability that keeps concrete and masonry better for longer. This product can deliver excellent levels of gloss which can be varied by the number of coats or dilution with water.

BEFORE STARTING

For new concrete, ensure the concrete has cured for at least 21 days for best results. Ensure that all traces of oil, dust or other contaminants have been removed, as this may affect adhesion.
On old concrete, remove all contaminants by using chemicals in combination with high pressure washing. Once surface is clean allow the surface to ivey before applying

The level of cleaning will determine the final appearance that will be achieved.

APPLICATION METHOD AND EQUIPMENT

Apply via spray pack (weed spray type), trigger spray, brush or roller at the typical coverage rate (see technical information).
For new or dense concrete it may be necessary to dilute the ACRI-SEAL at a ratio of 1:1 with water and apply this diluted mixture.
If the first coat leaves a well sealed surface; and to prevent a high gloss finish (if you do not want a high gloss) then dilute the second coat 1:1 with water as well, and apply at the typical coverage rate.
If you require a high gloss finish then apply the second coat without any dilution.
For aged, worn or crumbling concrete use this product as received without diluting.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not apply to wet concrete or surfaces that have a moisture content of more than 15%.

Refrain from applying if it is going to rain on the surface within 48 hours or if surface temperature is below 9 C or the air humidity is above 80%. Use only water to thin or dilute. Store product container in a cool area out of direct sunlight with lid firmly affixed.

Can this product be used as a same day sealer for driveways and concrete?

No, we do not recommend this as a same day sealer however some of our customers do use this as a same day sealer. We recommend using a solvant based product such as Gloss Seal Easy Coat as a same day sealer as solvants dry faster.

If things go wrong is there a sealer stripper we can use?

Yes, use AC800 which is “Universal Paint Stripper & Graffiti Remover” to efficiently strip water based acrylics such as Acri-seal from most surfaces.

Will the product change the colour of my liquid limestone

Yes, however not as much as a solvent acrylic.

Is Active Plus okay to use in a food areas

Yes, providing the product does not come in direct contact with food. Always flush surface once cleaned with copious amounts of water.

Adclear – N.O.X Reducer

ADCLEAR N.O.X Reducing Agent is a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) like Adblue that comprises of 32.5% w/w solution of ultra pure Urea in demineralised water. Manufactured in Western Australia to certified ISO 9001: 2015 standard meeting ISO 22241-2 Annex B and ISO 3675.

AdClear is designed to be injected into the exhaust systems of vehicles fitted with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to actively lower N.O.X concentrations in the exhaust gas emissions.

Use Recommendations

Supply directly into your vehicles DEF tank using a clean and dedicated fill lines direct from the product container or bulk tank. If you vehicle runs out of AdClear your vehicle will not stop instead the onboard computer will significantly de-rate the engines power and worsen the fuel economy to reduce engine exhaust gas emissions to below a set limit.

AdClear has a shelf life of approximately 12 months when stored in the correct conditions. Store in the supplied air tight containers at room temperature and out of sunlight.

Air Freshener Discs

Agrispose – Concrete Exposed

AGRISPOSE is a non hazardous concrete retarding concentrate used to produce exposed aggregate finish on freshly poured concrete.

Use Recommendations

SPRAYING ON: Use a garden sprayer to evenly apply the product onto freshly laid concrete. Apply Agrispose as soon the Bleeding has finished but before the concrete has set. Please note that the “bleed water” should be removed prior to applying Agrispose to prevent dilution of the product. Care must also be taken to protect the freshly treated surface from direct sunlight, warm winds or conditions that can cause the product to dry out.

REMOVING: Once the product has been applied, allow the concrete slab to partially cure for 2 to 12 hours (curing times vary greatly) and then broom and wash off top layer of concrete paste and Agrispose to expose the underlying aggregate. Care must be taken to ensure that Agrispose paste is removed within 2 -12 hours as the Agrispose will only retard the setting of the concrete for up to 24 hours and the concrete will set as normal to full strength otherwise.
