COVID-19 Extraordinary TERMS & CONDITIONS of SALE
Due to Covid-19 & a general increase in chemical demand please allow a minimum lead-time of 5 normal business days from the time we receive Purchase Order for despatch or Delivery on “Standard Order Products” like degreasers, truck washes, detergents ect (except where longer normal lead-times apply on made to order products).
For Very High Demand Products (“VHDPs” here after) such as Alcasan - 70% Alcohol Hand Sanitizers, 70% Isopropyl Alcohol, Ready 2 Go & other Coronavirus related liquid Sanitizers we are strictly operating on a 100% payment up front for all VHDPs for new accounts from 1/1/2020 and are ONLY offering FOB loadout from our 273 Collier Rd facility from Mon-Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Please arrange your own collection of VHDPs from Able Westchem located at 273 Collier Rd, Bayswater, Perth WA.
Current Lead-time for VHDPs are based on “First-In-First-Out” system & lead-times are subject to prevailing orders.
Please allow a minimum of 7 normal working days for production of your VHDP order after we have confirmed successful clearance of your Credit Card payment, TT payment or processed your 30 day credit account order.
For existing 30 Day Credit Customer please separate out your VHDPs from the “Standard Order Products” before sending your emailed order otherwise the VHDPs lead time may apply to your order.
In the unlikely event that we have not dispatched or notified you of your order completion of a VHDPs within 30 Days of Invoice date then we will offer you your money back in Full (ie we are forced to close or slow production due to Covid-19 or it blows over by the time we have your order ready).
By purchasing a VHDP the purchaser agrees & understands they can not normally cancel an order once invoiced except if in the event we take longer than 30 days to complete and notify you from our invoice date.
For VHDPs the purchaser also agrees to accept variations in bottle colour & shape, labelling, closure type & slight sensory feel to products such as Alcasan without ANY notice.
Such variations will not be made without careful consideration & we will endeavour to limit such variations. You have our guarantee that we will not alter the sanitizer type or concentration, fundamental chemical properties or net volume of pending VHDPs.
For existing orders of VHDPs a maximum of 2 normal working days to formally cancel your order/s from the Invoice Date is conditional on your order processed. Cancellation of invoiced VHDPs should ONLY be sent via email to info@westchem.com.au & verbal cancellations (or any other manner other than email) will not be accepted & no refunds given. For the sake for certainty if you do not cancel your Invoiced Order within 2 normal working days then the sale is considered unconditional of VHDP’s according to the terms & conditions above which supersede all other terms & conditions. If you are adverse to the above terms & conditions relating to VHDPs then please do not place your order, otherwise we look forward to working hard to fulfil your order in full and as quick as possible!
We expect the Covid-19 impact to peak in late April to Early May in Australia; so we have time to prepare so please do not panic & please be patient, we are doing our best to accommodate.
