BEERLINE & CIP CLEANER is a red coloured traditionally CAUSTIC FREE (replaces Sodium Hydorxide with Potassium) heavy duty alkali solution containing low foaming surfactants & sequestering agents that efficiently cuts residue, fallout and build from beer-lines, tanks, vats and equipment into solution for efficient removal.

Use Recommendations

BEERLINE CLEANING:

Added to water at ~3-6mls per litre and draw into beer-lines before being allowed to soak for 5-10 minutes.
Whilst soaking, agitation by gas injection will assist in loosening soil build-ups from line walls.
Once soak time has occurred flush line thoroughly with water before reconnecting to the beer supply.
This product is conveniently dyed RED so you can see the product in the lines or solution.
Some stubborn lines may require chemical use at a higher concentration.

TANK & VAT CIP CLEANING

Usage rates dependent on task. Kindly see your sales representative for application specific dilutions.

Typical dilutions range from 0.2% to 4% w/w in warm water.

OXY 50 is 50% Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) is a strong oxidizing agent used in aqueous solution as a commercial bleach, and surface sanitising agent. Ideal for cleaning stains from almost any colour fast surface once diluted.

Use Recommendations

This product is environmentally friendly & deteriorates over time into water and oxygen. Like ozone destroys chemical bonds by oxidation and for this reason, Hydrogen Peroxide is considered to be one of the world’s safest naturally effective sanitisers and destainers. Use as required. OXY 5 is 5% Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2). This product is a food grade sanitizer / sterilizer commonly used in commercial laundries as a colour safe bleach and sanitizer, in hospitality as a no rinse beerline and general sanitiser, in laboratories as a general steriliser and in other institutional and industrial applications. Oxy 5 is completely safe when used according to instructions and breaks down to harmless oxygen and water.
