AUTO LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT is primarily designed to be used in commercial laundries. It may be added manually to the wash or dispensed via electronic control systems on pump head.

For optimum results use AUTO LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT in conjunction with LIQUID BREAK ALKALI.

Electronic dispensing equipment is installed and serviced by our fully qualified Service Technician.

If adding AUTO LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT manually, use 40-80ml per 50kg wash load for lightly soiled garments. Double this concentration if the garments are heavily soiled.

For pre-spotting applications, apply AUTO LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT undiluted to the stain, leave for 15 minutes, then wash as normal. Garments may be pre-soaked overnight in a solution of 50-100mls of AUTO LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT per 50 litres of water.

BIO LAUND was originally designed for use in commercial laundries and hospitality establishments that required a versatile low irritant concentrate that was caustic free and enzyme boosted that could combat a wide array of stains in both front and top load machines.

Use with confidence in both hard or soft water for cleaning coloureds and whites and removing proteinaceous soils such as blood, mucus, animal fats and faeces commonly found on soiled work linen in live stock processing establishments.

BIO-LAUND is also a very efficient PRE-SOAK as well when used with HOT water. The bio-enzymes attack proteinaceous soils and removes stains from heavily soiled work clothes. Always dose to the size of the clothing load not to the machine volume and do not over dose as a second rinse will be required to remove excess chemical.

OXY-BLEACH may be used in conjunction with conventional laundry powders in washing machines or as a pre-soak in hot water. It can be used during the suds cycle to supplement the washing action of a powder or soap, or simply to give an additional bleaching treatment to the articles before or after they have been washed. When properly used, OXY-BLEACH is safe on all fabrics.

As a pre-soak, use OXY-BLEACH at concentrations in the order of 12-18 grams per litre of hot water. Make sure that all the powder has dissolved before introducing the wash. Allow to soak some hours or overnight. At higher temperatures, use less OXY-BLEACH or shorter contact time. For lower temperatures use a higher concentration of OXY-BLEACH and longer soak time. For specific use concentrations and bleaching procedures, our Laundry Technical Department should be consulted.
