ABLE PG50-XL is a pre-mixed Propylene Glycol based Coolant. Coloured blue and made with Organic Oat Technology (OAT) offering premium performance antifreeze and corrosion inhibition for use in automotive and other appropriate cooling systems.

Use Recommendations

Use as received in clean and good condition cooling systems. Recommened to flush system as per manufactures instructions first.

ABLEFROST HD is an inhibited Propylene glycol-based heat transfer fluid. ABLEFROST HD is a formulation of 96% propylene glycol and a specially designed corrosion inhibitor package. The fluid is dyed pink to aid in leak detection. Solutions in water provide freeze protection to below -50°C (-60°F) and burst protection to below -73°C (-100°F).

Use Recommendations

ABLEFROST HD is recommended to use in the temperature range -45°C (-50°F) to 160°C (325°F).

ABLEFROST HD is suitable in the single fluid process heating and cooling, closed loop, water-based HVAC applications where propylene glycol containing fluids are required or recommended such as food processing establishments.

ABLEFROST HD is ideal for the following applications:

Food and drink processing – abattoirs, breweries, drinks, general food
Pharmaceutical
Ai data and computing centres
Geothermal exchange applications
Industrial applications where Propylene Glycol is preferred

ABLETHERM SR-1 FLUID is a heat transfer fluid contains greater than 95.5% w/w of ethylene glycol with specially designed industrial corrosion inhibitor package. The fluid is dyed in red for leak detection purposes.

Solutions can be diluted with potable water but distilled water is recommended. Lowest freeze protection is -50°C when diluted 63 parts product to 37 parts distilled water. Most common usage is 60 parts product to 40 parts distilled water.

Use Recommendations

ABLETHERM SR-1 FLUID is a concentrate that once diluted with water can be used in closed loop, water-based HVAC, Process heating and cooling, water-based HVAC, industrial applications within temperature range. Substitute for Dowtherm.

PROPYLENE GLYCOL USP (CAS 57-55-6) is a non-toxic organic raw material that is used for a variety of industrial applications that involve heat transfer systems that operate at temperatures outside the normal freezing and boiling points of water.

Use Recommendations

PROPYLENE GLYCOL USP is commonly used as an anti-freeze, coolant for beer and beverage cooling system (commonly called glycol systems), food manufacturing / processing systems, VAC applications, laser cutting, milk & wine production equipment. Use as required.
