TOILETS & URINALS:

Simply squirt CHLOR KLEEN around the bowl, bowl water and urinal with 5 to 10 minutes contact time and then brush and flush. Toilet seats, flush handles etc can be wiped using diluted product and rinsing or wiping residual liquids.

SHOWER RECESSES, BASINS, TAPS ETC:

CHLOR KLEEN is safe to use on all inanimate objects to remove heavily contaminated soils and rinsing is recommended after each application. Make up a solution with cold or warm water according to the extent of the soiling, apply via foamer, trigger spray mop & buck. Once applied to surface agitate and allow 3 to 5 minutes for chemical to work. Finally rinse clean with copious amounts of fresh water.

FOOD PREPARATION AREAS:

CHLOR KLEEN can be applied once diluted to all food prep surface areas, floors, walls etc to remove grease, fats and common food soils and after rinsing will leave a clean and sanitised surface. Simply make up a solution with water according to the extent of the soiling, apply via mop, spray bottle, or other means; agitate and allow chemical to work for 3 to 5 minutes.  Finally rinse clean with copious amounts of fresh water.

Cool rooms and refrigerators, tiled and vinyl floors, bins and refuge locations and concrete floors.  All can be cleaned and sanitised with excellent results. Septic Systems / AWTS / Absorption Trenches:

• Add an initial prime of 4lt of MARAZYME BTC per septic tank via TOILETS AND DRAINS leading into the system.
• For systems with multiple tanks or tanks larger than 6,000lt consult your Technical representative for application rates.
• Continue with a maintenance program of 150ml of MARAZYME BTC per day per week.
• A minimum period of 3-4 months is required to restore absorption trenches.

Grease Traps:

• To maintain grease traps add 125ml of MARAZYME BTC per day via sink drains; follow with 1lt of water.
• For grease traps with high discharge or larger than 1,000lt consult your Technical representative for application rates.
• Allow sufficient time for drains to cool after final dishwasher use for the day.
• Avoid using harsh chemical including chlorines or caustic cleaners.
• Clean trap and line before using MARAZYME BTC.

Drains:

• Add 250ml of MARAZYME BTC mixed with 250ml of water to malodorous or blocked drains daily until cleared.
• For best result apply to drain and leave overnight.
• Avoid using harsh chemical chlorines or caustic cleaners.
• Clean regularly with MARAZYME BTC to keep clear.

Toilet, Washroom & General cleaning:

• Use as received daily as any normal toilet/urinal cleaner.
• Dilute 100ml MARAZYME BTC per 1lt water (1:10) for general cleaning of hard surfaces including ablutions block applications like, showers, sinks, basins, benches, walls and floors.
• Rinsing is recommended. For high pressure cleaning dilutions can be up to 1:50.
• DO NOT USE IN FOOD PREP AREAS WITHOUT RINSING AFTERWARD WITH POTABLE WATER.

Odour Control:

• Dilute 50ml MARAZYME BTC per 1lt water (1:20) to neutralize odour.
• Spray affected area liberally with MARAZYME BTC as required.
• Surfaces that are absorbent (e.g. wood, concrete) should be periodically washed with MARAZYME BTC to remove ingrained soils that produce and harbour the odour.

Effluent Ponds/ Lagoons:

• For initial conditioning of ponds in poor condition consult your Technical representative for application rates based on pond capacity and effluent flow.
• For maximum benefit MARAZYME BTC CONCENTRATED dilutions are required.
• A healthy and efficient pond requires 1lt of MARAZYME BTC per 20,000 lt of effluent flow.
• If pH fluctuates outside the range of pH 6.5 to pH 8.5 consult your Technical representative.

Landfills:

• Spray landfill sites daily with 1lt of MARAZYME BTC per 1,000 M2.

PORTA “Q” is designed for use in portable toilets, hotels, motels, hospitals, homes, restaurants, clubs, schools and industrial areas. It can be used for hand wiping, mopping and deodorising applications on a wide variety of surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings, painted and varnished surfaces, metal and plastic surfaces, washrooms, toilets etc.

For normal cleaning and disinfecting duties dilute 10 to 30 ml of PORTA “Q” per litre of water (This concentration may be increased for extra heavy soil). Mop, swab, wipe or spray this solution into surfaces. Rinsing is not necessary unless the floors are polished. Not recommended for food contact surfaces as the product is fragranced. If the product comes in contact with food contact surfaces rinse with potable water afterwards.

TORNADO is safe to use on all stainless steel and unbroken porcelain. It is highly efficient for cleaning and deodorising toilet bowls, toilet seats and floors in toilets and adjacent areas. TORNADO can also be used for removing stains and encrustations from stainless steel and porcelain basins, baths and sinks.

TOILET BOWLS:

• Flush toilet and then pour 30-60ml of TORNADO inside the bowl.
• Using a toilet brush, swab all areas of the bowl with this solution, including beneath the rim and the seat.
• Allow to stand for 2-5 minutes then flushing the toilet, and dry the seat with a soft cloth or toilet tissue.

URINALS:

• Flush urinal.
• Squeeze or spray TORNADO onto the urinal surface, allow to work for 5-10 minutes.
• Agitate if required and then flush.

TILES & GROUT:

Dilute 1 part of TORNADO to 30 parts of warm water. Clean then rinse well.
