ABLETHERM SR-1 FLUID 30 RTU is the ready to use version of ABETHERM SR1 FLUID CONCENTRATE. It is a heat transfer fluid containing 30% w/w of ethylene glycol with specially designed industrial corrosion inhibitor package. The fluid is dyed in red for leak detection purposes.

Solution is ready to use so no further dilution is required.

Use Recommendations

ABLETHERM SR-1 FLUID 30 RTU can be used in closed loop, water-based HVAC, Process heating and cooling, water-based HVAC, food industry applications within temperature range. Substitute for Dowtherm.

ABLEFROST HD 30% is a “ready too use” inhibited Propylene glycol-based heat transfer fluid. ABLEFROST HD 30% is a formulation of 30% w/w propylene glycol and a specially designed corrosion inhibitor package. The fluid is dyed pink to aid in leak detection.

Use Recommendations

ABLEFROST HD 30% is recommended for temperatures as low as -12°C (-10°F).

ABLEFROST HD 30% is suitable in the single fluid process heating and cooling, closed loop, water-based HVAC applications where propylene glycol containing fluids are required or recommended such as food processing establishment.

OAT CORROSION INHIBITOR is a premium grade concentrate corrosion inhibitor designed for various applications. Environmentally responsible, non-toxic, non-dangerous and free from nitrates and nitrites.

Use Recommendations

Typical usage rates are 5% (v/v) when mixed with Mono or Propylene Glycol and RO water blends that meet ASTM D 3306 or ASTM D 4985.

ABLEFROST HD is an inhibited Propylene glycol-based heat transfer fluid. ABLEFROST HD is a formulation of 96% propylene glycol and a specially designed corrosion inhibitor package. The fluid is dyed pink to aid in leak detection. Solutions in water provide freeze protection to below -50°C (-60°F) and burst protection to below -73°C (-100°F).

Use Recommendations

ABLEFROST HD is recommended to use in the temperature range -45°C (-50°F) to 160°C (325°F).

ABLETHERM SR-1 FLUID is a heat transfer fluid contains greater than 95.5% w/w of ethylene glycol with specially designed industrial corrosion inhibitor package. The fluid is dyed in red for leak detection purposes.

Solutions can be diluted with potable water but distilled water is recommended. Lowest freeze protection is -50°C when diluted 63 parts product to 37 parts distilled water. Most common usage is 60 parts product to 40 parts distilled water.

ABLETHERM SR-1 FLUID is a concentrate that once diluted with water can be used in closed loop, water-based HVAC, Process heating and cooling, water-based HVAC, industrial applications within temperature range. Substitute for Dowtherm.

DEMINERALISED WATER is high purity water.

Use Recommendations

“Demin water” is used for general industrial and laboratory applications having typical TDS <5 mg/L, TOC <1mg/l, and conductivity ≤ 5.0 μS/cm (equivalent to ASTM D1193 reagent water type IV standard & ISO 3696 water for analytical laboratory use grade 3) at time of production.

Electrical Safety Solvent

ELECTRICAL SAFETY SOLVENT is a concentrated solvent cleaner for degreasing electrical equipment, metal parts and pipework. This product is compatible with most plastics and elastomers and is formulated to clean and leave no residue which may cause electrical conductivity. This specialty cleaning product is a NON-CORROSIVE and NON-CONDUCTIVE and does not contain hydrofluorocarbon (HFC’s). This product can be used to remove oils, grease, resins, cutting oils, gear oils, vacuum oils, waxes, mineral oils and a variety of other soils from most surfaces. Ideal for precision and specialty cleaning jobs like cleaning high value equipment, electrical components and circuit boards.

Use Recommendations

Use as you would use a solvent cleaner. Apply to electrically isolated equipment that is at room temperature. Apply via spray pack, immersion/dipping tank or any other safe method and allow. The soil should dissolve into solution and be rinsed away by product. After cleaning allow components to air dry for maximum non – conductivity.
