AFAB 30 – COOLANT does not require a top-up charge of Supplemental Coolant Additive (SCA) when filling and is not expected until 72,000 hours of use when used as directed. For heavy duty diesel engine services AFAB 30 – COOLANT can be used, in light duty commercial vehicles for 3 years or 120,000kms, and heavy-duty engines for 600,000kms, 72000hrs or 3.5 years, whichever comes first.

AdClear is designed to be injected into the exhaust systems of vehicles fitted with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to actively lower N.O.X concentrations in the exhaust gas emissions.

Use Recommendations

Supply directly into your vehicles DEF tank using a clean and dedicated fill lines direct from the product container or bulk tank. If you vehicle runs out of AdClear your vehicle will not stop instead the onboard computer will significantly de-rate the engines power and worsen the fuel economy to reduce engine exhaust gas emissions to below a set limit.

AdClear has a shelf life of approximately 12 months when stored in the correct conditions. Store in the supplied air tight containers at room temperature and out of sunlight.

AFAB COOLANT CONCENTRATE is compatible with aluminium, copper and brass cooling systems. With the combination of organic carboxylate inhibitors gives an excellent protection against cast iron cylinder liner and block pitting and cavitation, corrosion/erosion. It is silicate free and recommended as coolant for use in ferrous and aluminium alloy petrol powered automotive engines, light and heavy-duty diesel, natural gas, mobile and stationary engines. Recommended for light duty commercial vehicles for 5 years or 200,000Kms at 33% v/v, and heavy-duty engines for 1,000,000Kms, 12000hrs or 6 years at 50% v/v, whichever comes first when good quality water is used.

Use Recommendations

Use to provide adequate protection for cast iron engines whose fluids dropped and replaced annually. This product meets the requirements of AS2108.1:2004 Type B and when mixed according to directions will provide adequate protection for 12 months or 50,000 km under standard Australian road going conditions. Please note that this product should not be mixed with AS2108.1:2004 Type A coolants and this product has no effect on freezing or boiling point of a cooling system (ie not AF or AB) and for this reason this product is not recommended for freezing conditions or high performance applications.

Biocide BS is a versatile product ideal for:

• Controlling slimes, odours, moulds and biological growth in cutting fluids and processing aids.
• As an additive in paints and antifoulants for control of mildew, mould and fungus.
• An effective bilge treatment to control marine plant and animal life such as algae, hydroids and barnacles.

Use Recommendations

BIOCIDE BS is effective at very low concentrations of 12 ppm active ingredient in the control of algae, bacteria and fungi. Recommendations are based with out knowledge of individual water contaminates.

Slug Dosing Recommendations:

When the system is noticeably fouled:

1. 20 to 70ppm for every 4000 Litres.
2. Repeat until microbial control.

Intermittent Maintenance Dosing Recommendations:

1. After establishing microbial control: 13.5 to 80 ppm.
2. Dose 2 to 3 times per week based on microbial control.
3. Sulphate Reducing Bacteria control between 45 to 85 ppm.
