AFAB COOLANT CONCENTRATE is a universal hybrid organic acid & ethylene glycol-based coolant, designed for use as an antifreeze and anti-boil coolant concentrate (contains 1045 g/litre 93% ethylene glycol) which is used in radiators. This product incorporates an advanced formula technology with virtually non-depleting organic acid technology (OAT) corrosion inhibitors.
AFAB COOLANT CONCENTRATE is compatible with aluminium, copper and brass cooling systems. With the combination of organic carboxylate inhibitors gives an excellent protection against cast iron cylinder liner and block pitting and cavitation, corrosion/erosion. It is silicate free and recommended as coolant for use in ferrous and aluminium alloy petrol powered automotive engines, light and heavy-duty diesel, natural gas, mobile and stationary engines. Recommended for light duty commercial vehicles for 5 years or 200,000Kms at 33% v/v, and heavy-duty engines for 1,000,000Kms, 12000hrs or 6 years at 50% v/v, whichever comes first when good quality water is used.
