GENERAL HARD SURFACES & EQUIPMENT

(Non Porous) 3mL and (Porous) 6mL of BIO DINE per litre of water.  Introduce BIO-DINE into cleaning system water using venturies, dosing pumps or by manual dosing. Spray all surfaces to ensure complete coverage. Allow two minutes contact time to work. If surface does not come into direct contact with food sources there is no need to rinse. If chemical is used on a food contact surface rinse with potable water.

DOSE FOGGING

To help reduce bacterial growth and odours. 12 ml per litre of fogging water (1.25%).

NOTE:– 1.25 litres of diluted BIO DINE doses 100 sqm of shedding.

At prescribed rate animals can be directly misted or fogged without removing. Introduce BIO DINE into sheds using regular cooling/ fogging system or mobile purpose built mobile foggers Tip for convection poultry sheds apply at end of daily fogging to increase effectiveness.

SHEDDING & FLOORS (excluding drinking & feeding equipment)

Use no less than 6 ml of BIO DINE per Litre apply diluted BIO DINE directly to relatively clean surface. Wash & Clean from top down. No need to rinse.

FEEDERS & DRINKERS

3mL of BIO DINE per litre of water. As per Shedding & Floors except rinse with potable water after 2 minutes.

EGG TRAYS & INCUBATORS

7.5 ml of BIO DINE per litre. Clean as per usual then dip or spray diluted BIO DINE onto cleaned surface. No rinsing required.

BIO SECURITY BATHS

1. Use no less than 6 ml of BIO DINE per Litre.
2. 60 ml per standard 10 litre foot bath.
3. Pre clean footwear prior to immersing in bath.
4. Allow 30 seconds soak & kill time before entering bio-zone.
5. Tip: Use two baths. The first to remove soils and pre treat, the second to bolster.

DRINKING WATER

1. 0.8 ml per litre of drinking water, or 8mL per 10 litres.
2. Dose should be thoroughly mixed and consumed with 48 hours.
3. Discard unused solutions.

EGG DIPPING

3mL of BIO DINE per litre of distilled water. Submerge eggs in solution for 2 minutes before removing & allowing to air dry.

BUBBLE GUM is designed for use in cars, hotels, motels, hospitals, homes, restaurants, clubs, schools and industrial areas. It can be used for hand wiping, mopping and deodorising applications on a wide variety of surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings, painted and varnished surfaces, metal and plastic surfaces, washrooms, toilets etc.

For normal cleaning and disinfecting duties dilute 10 ml of BUBBLE GUM per litre of water. (This concentration may be increased for extra heavy soil). Mop, swab, wipe or spray this solution into surfaces. For food contact surfaces rinse with potable water afterwards.

TOILETS & URINALS:

Simply squirt CHLOR KLEEN around the bowl, bowl water and urinal with 5 to 10 minutes contact time and then brush and flush. Toilet seats, flush handles etc can be wiped using diluted product and rinsing or wiping residual liquids.

SHOWER RECESSES, BASINS, TAPS ETC:

CHLOR KLEEN is safe to use on all inanimate objects to remove heavily contaminated soils and rinsing is recommended after each application. Make up a solution with cold or warm water according to the extent of the soiling, apply via foamer, trigger spray mop & buck. Once applied to surface agitate and allow 3 to 5 minutes for chemical to work. Finally rinse clean with copious amounts of fresh water.

FOOD PREPARATION AREAS:

CHLOR KLEEN can be applied once diluted to all food prep surface areas, floors, walls etc to remove grease, fats and common food soils and after rinsing will leave a clean and sanitised surface. FRUIT & VEGETABLE PROCESSING:

For manual cleaning use COMET GREEN at between 2 and 5% with cold water. That is 2 mls / litre of water or 50:1 or 50mls / litre or 20:1.

Agitate surfaces and allow up to 3 minutes contact time and rinse with potable water. If the use of a quaternary ammonium compound is required thorough rinsing of all surfaces is critical between the two applications.

REFRIGERATION ROOMS & VEHICLES:

Use from 1 part product to 20 parts water or as required dilution rates to remove different types of mineral and animal based soils.

FOOD PREPARATION / SHIP GALLIES:

For tables, cutting boards, bench-tops, tiled and stone floors, wash with COMET GREEN at 1:50 dilution. Leave for 5 – 10 minutes then rinse.

BATHROOMS & SHOWERS:

COMET GREEN may be used to clean mould, soap scum, etc. from shower recesses and surrounding areas. Apply at 1:20 dilutions to the surface, leave for 5 minutes then rinse clean, using a brush if necessary. Ensure adequate ventilation in confined areas.

ALGAE, FUNGI AND MOULD:

For removing algae and mould from concrete, mortar and roof tiles, use 1 part COMET GREEN per 20 parts of water. Apply liberally to the surface and leave for at least 30 minutes. Brush off dead algae and hose with water.

LAUNDRIES:

For bleaching, white clothes, immerse in a 1:500 solution of COMET GREEN (2ml per litre). Soak for 2 – 3 hours or overnight, then rinse then wash. For baby nappies, remove soils matter and soak for 2 hours in COMET GREEN at 1:100 dilutions. Rinse, and then wash in machine.

Rinse surface to be sanitised & cleaned with potable water, then dissolve SANOCHLOR in cold to warm water. Just 3 grams of SANOCHLOR per litre of water provides 100 parts per million of available chlorine. The typical dosage is 1 cup per 20 litres. This solution may be swabbed or sponged onto surfaces or used for soaking. Rinse the surface clean with water. If residue remains in lines flush with 2% citric acid solution to neutralise, then flush again with water. Your lines, equipment and surfaces are now sanitised and destained.
