GREASE FG is a non-hazardous food grade grease used in industry as a general food area incidental food contact permissible lubricant & anti-seize. This product is odourless, tasteless and white coloured. Idea for threaded rods, bearings, shackles, slides, mackey bins, nuts & bolts or most moving parts of food equipment not normally harmed by greases alone.

Hook Oil Solvent

HOOK OIL SOLVENT is a low residue lubricant with corrosion inhibitor for premium asset rust protection & ease of cleaning. Used in the meat processing industry for corrosion prevention on hooks gambrels, following the cleaning cycle. Low aromatic carbon content so formulation is non-flammable.

Use Recommendations

Use as received. Dip dry hooks and gambrels into product and remove. Allow articles to drain before reuse. Use as per technical advice specific to industry only.

Lubrasol – Conveyor Belt Lube

LUBRASOL is a concentrated liquid synthetic lubricant/cleaner based on amine compounds with excellent bacteriostatic properties.

Use Recommendations

LUBRASOL is specifically developed for use on conveyor systems within the brewing, beverage and food processing industries.

LUBRASOL is a PET approved chain lubricant for slow or fast bottling and can lines. Best results are obtained by automatically diluting Lubrasol with water to a concentration of 1:300 to 1:400 (0.33 to 3.25%v/v) and distributing on the line by a manifold system.

NOTE: when changing from a soap base lubricant to LUBRASOL it is important that all lines, nozzles and pumps should be thoroughly flushed with water prior to use. Contact between the cationic components of LUBRASOL and soap based lubricants may result in precipitation of insoluble deposits.

RAIL & ROLLER LUBE is a food machinery lubricant (thin grease) specifically designed for use where incidental food contact is a possibility. This product is fortified with bacterial and fungal growth inhibitor, making it an excellent multipurpose lubricant for food processing facilities.

Use Recommendations

This food grade low temperature product meets or exceeds specific NSF international standards. Water resistant, oxidation resistant, non-toxic, low volatility and chemical resistant. Silicone & lithium free. This product will not harm most plastics, rubber or nylon. Can be used with various metal or plastic and rubber combinations.

SOLIGUARD is corrosion prevention and lubrication used in the food industry for on hooks & roller and machinery following the cleaning cycle.

Use Recommendations

Use & Dilution Recommendations:

ABATTOIRS – HOOKS & ROLLERS:

Use in last soak tank of the Hook cleaning process. Use neat in ambient bath or diluted to 10% to 20% solution in heated and pH-controlled bath according to your lubrication requirements or Technical Advice. Immerse clean hooks & rollers for 30 seconds, agitate and remove from dip tank & allow articles to drain & dry before reuse.

WORKSHOPS:

Use neat or diluted at ~20% with potable water on parts after degreasing & cleaning. Apply via spray, dip or swab method. Allow parts to drain & air-dry before handling, packing or storage. Rust-free storage for not less than 90 days under typical conditions.

LUBE OIL – Dilute 2 parts SOLIGUARD with 1-part HOT Water and mix well at high speed. Then add 1-part Cold water and mix well. Use as received and as required.

White Oil – Food Grade Lubricant

WHITE OIL is a highly refined, light mineral oil product that meets the US Food Codex specifications and complies with US FDA regulations for indirect food additives (21CRF178.3620).

Use Recommendations

Use neat or as required as a lubricant on machinery and lines. Suitable for machinery in direct food contact. Also used as a “natural” insecticide for controlling aphids on roses and plants when sprayed directly on insects (suffocates insects).
