LUBRASOL is a concentrated liquid synthetic lubricant/cleaner based on amine compounds with excellent bacteriostatic properties.
LUBRASOL is specifically developed for use on conveyor systems within the brewing, beverage and food processing industries.
LUBRASOL is a PET approved chain lubricant for slow or fast bottling and can lines. Best results are obtained by automatically diluting Lubrasol with water to a concentration of 1:300 to 1:400 (0.33 to 3.25%v/v) and distributing on the line by a manifold system.
NOTE: when changing from a soap base lubricant to LUBRASOL it is important that all lines, nozzles and pumps should be thoroughly flushed with water prior to use. Contact between the cationic components of LUBRASOL and soap based lubricants may result in precipitation of insoluble deposits.
