LIQUISEAL it is a safe and simple, puncture resistant sealant solution, used to combat the intrusion of such sharp and penetrating objects such as broken glass, nails, screws, metal objects, thereby eliminating the loss of tyre pressure through porous tyre casings, leaking valves, getting a slow puncture, or complete tyre deflation.

Use as received. The LIQUISEAL is first pumped into the tyre’s air cavity through its normal air inflation valve (often after removing the core or spraying it into the tire), where once all the air in that cavity has been replaced (Void-Free) by the tyre filling compound, is then taken up to the tyre’s recommended operating pressure.

When the liquid tyre filling compound is in a solid state, under the normal operating life of that tyre it will provide resistance to leaks, flats, sidewall damage and intrusions for a number of years.

• Very Small: Bicycles, Golf Carts, Wheelchairs, Ride on mowers = 125ml-250ml
• Small to Medium: Cars, Caravans, Trailer tyres = 500ml
• Large: 4wds tyres = 750ml
• Oversize: Trucks, Vans = 1,000ml +
• Calculation: Height of Tyre (cms) x Width of Tyre (cm) x 0.50 = Amount required in mls

BEAD BREAKING:

• Warning flammable product.
• Ensure product is used in a well-ventilated area and all sources of ignition are removed.
• Use the product strictly as received and do not dilute.
• In a sheltered cool area, lay tyre flat with bead facing upwards.
• Apply liberal amount of the compound evenly to the bead and allow to penetrate for 20 minutes.
• The volatile solvent should have evaporated after 15 minutes.
• The residue left behind after solvent has evaporated is non-flammable.
• If excess solvent remains (i.e. applied is cold weather) remove any excess with a dry rag or wash clean with water to be safe.
• Then demount the tyre as usual.

UNFREEZING PARTS: Warning flammable product. Do not apply to hot or electrically energised equipment or parts. Ground / earth your equipment first as static electricity can ignite the compound. Dip, paint or squirt the part to be unfreeze with the compound (i.e. rusty nuts & bolts). Allow the product to work for 5 to 10 minutes and then work the parts. This product with dissolve rust and disrupt the bonds between the rusted & frozen parts. The product will leave behind a film that will help to protect the parts from further rusting.

Use Recommendations

For best results the surface to be treated should be clean and dry. Apply SUPER SHINE via a spray bottle onto the surface. A gentle buff on vinyl surfaces may be required to give a homogeneous finish.

Ensure application of SUPER SHINE is done with the spray directed away from the face. It is a good practice to work in open spaces with good ventilation. Do not atomise the spray.

Use Recommendations

Apply liberally to bead area of tyre. Install tyre to rim and inflate. Collect excess TYRE LUBE and return to container.

For truck tyres, install tyre to rim, then re-apply TYRE LUBE between the bead and rim to form a seal to aid in inflating.

This product may be diluted 1:3 with warm water to extend usage rates.

WHEEL POWER is indispensable in the Car Detailing Industry as a new touchless prespray cleaner and also as a heavy duty main alkaline cleaner. Car Detailing professionals and alike should conduct trials to determine an appropriate dilution ratio so no undesired results are achieved (50:50 common so is 1 Part chemical to 2 parts water) as this product may in some cases damage poor quality paintwork if used too strong or if applied to a hot surface or left to dry on a surface.
