Shipping costs are calculated at the time of the order and are based on the delivery location, weight, quantity and type of goods:

Due to ADG (Australian Dangerous Goods) product classes as well as the weight of our goods, some products will incur additional Carrier surcharges. These charges are captured accordingly at the Cart based on what you are purchasing:
Dangerous Good Products – DG Class surcharge $50.00 excl (1 per order) – excludes Perth Metro area
Heavy Items exceeding 20KG – Carrier Surcharge $9.50 excl (1 per order) – excludes Perth Metro area
Tail Lift Truck Bookings (For bulk pallet orders where no forklift onsite at delivery address) – Carrier Surcharge $75.00 excl (1 per order)
Residential Delivery Address (For bulk pallet orders where the address is not a business address) – Carrier surcharge $45.00 excl (1 per order)
Please note that Able Westchem is a Chemical Manufacturer; not a Courier, Transporter or Trucking Company. Generally, we utilize third party Transporters and Couriers to deliver orders Australia wide.
Able Westchem does not offer a free ‘re delivery’ service on a failed delivery attempt. Further charges may apply if the goods cannot be delivered.
Please ensure you always follow the instructions received regarding the status of your delivery via email and/or SMS directly from and through the Carrier. Please contact the Carrier directly with any enquiries.
Couriers do not carry service phones, therefore are unable to contact you with a phone call prior to delivery.
Insurance is not generally offered by general Transporters of liquid chemicals in Australia. Goods delivered by a Courier / Transporter are entirely at the Purchaser’s own risk (i.e. theft or damage). Although, Carriers take great care throughout the delivery process, sometimes things can go wrong, get damaged or lost. Not ideal for anyone, we hear you! If something happens to your item, please let us know by referring to the Returns instructions below. We will investigate with the Carrier, but please understand we are not the Carrier and we can’t promise they will provide any compensation or refund.
We want our Customers to be satisfied with their purchase, so we have made our Returns Policy simple, fair and reasonable for all parties.
Once you have received your order, it is important to inspect the delivery. If there is an issue when inspecting it, you must notify us within a reasonable time frame of 48 hours of receipt of your order. To enable our Customer Service Team to efficiently address your enquiry please notify us by replying to your Order Confirmation email, this will ensure we have all the info for a speedy review of the matter. Please include a photo of the goods received and/or in question.
Please understand that due to the nature of our products change of mind returns cannot be accepted.
Able Westchem will only accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

Remedy – Depending on the type of goods purchased and the issue, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.
Refund Time Frame – If your claim is approved, please allow up to 7 business days from the date of goods being returned to our Warehouse for the refund to be processed. To reduce the risk of fraud, refunds can only be refunded in the same manner as the original purchase i.e. refund to the same card.
