What is Toll Blending?

Toll Blending & Contract Manufacturing is where businesses outsource their private formula to a Manufacturer which has the expertise to source the raw ingredients and produce the finished product from start to finish in a licensed and controlled environment.

The Manufacturer is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO (ISO 9001 International Standards of Quality Management Systems), GHS (Globally Harmonised Systems of Labelling & Packaging), ADG (Australian Dangerous Goods) and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) requirements and standards.

The product is made, packed-down, privately labelled and then distributed as required.

Can I take a tour of Able Westchem’s Plants?

Due to proprietary processes & technology, as well as multiple NDS’s (Non-Disclosure Agreements) with our partners, plant tours are strictly forbidden. However, if you engage our Toll Blending & Contract Manufacturing services, then scheduled and controlled audits can be conducted in relation to the scope of work contracted.
