Hook & CIP Cleaner

HOOK & CIP CLEANER is a high alkaline surfactant based concentrate used for the efficient stripping of fats, protein, carbon, and miscellaneous organic build-up from steel and plastic in food processing areas.

Use Recommendations

SOAK OR DIP TANKS (Hooks & Gambrels)

• Dilute: At the ratio of 1 part product to 10 parts water in soak bath.
• Can be used in cold bath but overall performs will be better if the bath is heated to 70-80C.
• TIP: As the contamination within the bath increases extra product will need to be periodically added to offset fat build-up.
• Excessive contamination will require a complete change of dilution bath.Once surface is clean flush clean with copious amounts of potable water.

SMOKE HOUSES

Spray, Foam, Circulate or Brush on with hot water at ratio of 2% to 8% v/v. Agitate and allow 5 to 10 minutes dwell time. Once surface is clean flush clean with copious amounts of potable water.
