PHOSPHORIC ACID 85% is Food Grade phosphoric acid which is used in many Industries for a variety of applications.
This highly concentrated phosphoric acid can be used as a non-foaming, non-rinse sanitiser when diluted with water to a concentration of 1ml per Litre of water. Phosphoric acid is also excellent for passifying stainless to prevent it from rusting. In brewing, phosphoric acid is also great for adjusting PH of sparge water and can be completely metabolized by yeast if it ends up on your fermenter.
