Baristas Friend – Coffee Machine Cleaner

Steps required to Back-flush the machine’s delivery groups:

1. Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace with a blind filter.
2. For daily cleaning simply add 1 teaspoon into the groups handle and insert as per normal – If your machine is cleaned less often please use 2 teaspoons of product.
3. Commence the brewing cycle and allow to run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
4. Stop the cycle and allow machine to sit for a further 20 seconds.
5. Start & Stop the cycle for a further three (3) times, i.e. run for 10 seconds and stop for 20 seconds.
6. Remove the group handle and rinse well with fresh water.
7. Reinsert handle with blind filter, start and stop cycle for 10 times ensuring to run for 6 seconds and stopping for 2 seconds to ensure chemical is completely purged from machine.
8. Install the regular filter and brew and dispose of a single espresso to re-tune the machine.
