COMBI OVEN CLEANER is a is highly concentrated detergent cleaner that can be used for both AUTOMATIC or MANUAL cleaning of combination steamer ovens to efficiently and safely remove fat, grease, carbon and food residues from both inside and out.

Use Recommendations

AUTOMATIC COMBI-OVEN CLEANING:

Use on the DETERGENT intake line at a concentration as automatically set by your machine.

MANUAL OVEN & GRILL CLEANING:

1. Heat oven or hotplate to 90%C then turn off.
2. Apply neat or diluted product (120ml per 750ml spray bottle).
3. Let stand for 2 to 5 minutes to break down heat modified soils then simply wipe clean with a damp cloth or scouring pad.
4. Be sure to rinse surface with plenty of clean water or a weak vinegar and water solution to neutralize.
