OVENCARE is an economical heavy duty, highly alkaline liquid cleaner designed to remove grease, baked on carbon and heat modified soils from ovens, grills, hoods and fryers.
Use Recommendations
OVENCARE is an ideal product for use in catering areas, restaurants, hotels, homes, institutions, hospitals, industrial areas and kitchens.
NOTE: OVENCARE should not be used on painted surfaces, aluminium, tin, copper, or galvanised materials.
OVENCARE is best used as supplied. For best results the oven should be preheated to 90 degrees, turned off and OVENCARE poured on undiluted. After letting stand on the surface for 5-10 minutes the surface should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and finally rinsed with water or a weak vinegar/water solution. After completion of the cleaning procedure, it is advisable to heat the oven for 10 minutes with the door slightly open. Heavily carbonised areas may require two applications on first cleaning.
Grills, hoods or fryers may be similarly cleaned by applying with OVENCARE undiluted. The use of a scouring pad will naturally speed up the cleaning process.
