RO ANTISCALANT EQUIV FLOCON 260

RO ANTISCALANT is a high-performance liquid antiscalant and dispersant equivalent to FLOCON 260, formulated for use in reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), and EDR systems. Specifically designed to control scale formation and colloidal fouling caused by silica, calcium, sulfate salts, and iron oxides.

Use Recommendations

RO ANTISCALANT may be used in low dosages of 2-6mg per litre of water.

Estimated physical properties:

• Appearance: Pale yellow liquid.
• Specific Gravity @ 20°C: ~1.10-1.20.
• pH (neat): ~1.5 ± 0.1
• Freeze Point: ~ -5°C
• Thermal Stability: Up to 200°C

Application guidelines:

• Typical Dose Range: 2–6 mg/L, not to exceed 10 mg/L .
• Injection Point: Downstream of multimedia or cartridge filtration
• Dilution: May be diluted with RO permeate or deionized water
• Compatibility: Compatible with all major RO/NF membrane brands
