ANE Emulsion Thinner & Separator

ANE EMULSION THINNER & SEPARATOR is, much like its sister product “ANE Emulsion Breaker AC051” is a surfactant concentrate used for phase breaking of unwanted or waste Ammonium Nitrate Emulsions before disposal or cleaning plant & equipment. This has the additional feature of separating any petroluem distillates – often preferred by waste disposal enterprises.

Once added the ANE will thin, once thin, circulate the mixture until uniform and let stand so the petroleum distillate will float to the surface leaving two clear separate layers. The top layer will be clear petroleum distillate and the bottom layer will be the aqueous layer. The top layer can then be easily separated and can separately dispose of according to local, state and federal requirements.

Use Recommendations

Typical usage rate is 5%v/v AC0512 with 35% v/v water to 60%v/v ANE. Rates and effectiveness may vary depending ANE makeup.
