ANTISCALANT PCT LIQUID – Reverse Osmosis (RO) Treatment. Alkaline liquid scale deposit control agent to help reduce and control membrane fouling from build-up of calcium and magnesium silicate, colloidal silicates as well as various sulphates and carbonates in well maintained RO systems with low flow rates (less than 500m3/Day).
PCT should be fed continuously to minimize precipitation of scale and fouling of RO. It is recommended to use a dosing pump with the highest possible frequency of dose and to adjust the dosage by adjusting the pump stroke to ensure membrane protection.
Use as required with typical dose of 15mg/L to 45mg/L. Always conduct small scale trial before proceeding with main treatment.
