ASCORBIC ACID (TECHNICAL GRADE) is a highly pure >99% form of Vitamin C (CAS 50-81-7). This is typically used in industrial, chemical, and manufacturing applications; similar to food grade, but may not meet the stringent contamination requirements of pharmaceutical (USP/BP) standards.
Commonly used in water treatment, chemical processing, as an antioxidant in photography, and as a stabilizer in plastics.
