<p>PCT should be fed continuously to minimize precipitation of scale and fouling of RO. It is recommended to use a dosing pump with the highest possible frequency of dose and to adjust the dosage by adjusting the pump stroke to ensure membrane protection. </p>

Safety and efficiently clean and neutralize battery terminal corrosion with confidence of inbuilt indicator. Also, safely and confidently neutralize spilt or spent sulphuric acid.

Aside from being unsafe and acidic, corrosion on battery terminals is a common cause of reduced battery life and
electrical problems in vehicles. Simply spray a liberal amount on the corrosion until the solution on one terminal at
a time turns from pink to clear. Once solution remains pink then the acid has been fully neutralized. Wipe area clean
with rag and repeat on other terminals.

Take care not to over spray and link the terminals with the product as shorting may occur. For spilt or spent battery
acid you can use pink liquid to neutralize your acid or to test if your acid has been neutralized.

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>CITRIC ACID POWDER</strong> is a food grade weak organic tribasic acid that resembles coarse white sugar in appearance. Commonly used as a processing aid in the Food Industry or to lower pH industry or as a descaler for heat exchangers and industrial lines.</p>

<h3>Use Recommendations</h3>

<p><strong>CITRIC ACID POWDER</strong> has numerous domestic and janitorial uses which include:</p>

<ol>
 	<li>Removing stains from stainless steel when used at 1 part to 9 parts water.</li>
 	<li>Descale and disinfects inside of washing machine. In an empty washing machine simply add three tablespoons of citric acid, use hot water, and run on the longest cycle.</li>
 	<li>Descale taps and shower doors, make a solution of one-liter warm water and three tablespoons citric acid. Make sure the acid is dissolved. Spray on let sit for five minutes and wipe clean.</li>
 	<li>Get a sparkling clean toilet, simply take ¾ cup of citric acid and sprinkle into toilet. Leave in overnight. Do not flush. The next morning brush and flush.</li>
 	<li>Get rid of wine stains, with one part citric acid and 2 parts baking soda. Sprinkle over the stain; mist with water, until it fizzes, let sit for five minutes, and then scrub away.</li>

<h3>Use Recommendations</h3>

This product is generally used at concentration from 1:5 to 1:15 parts water depending on application and it is highly recommended that the user application trial/s in an inconspicuous area prior to tacking the larger job at hand. The product can be used via immersion, swab or re circulation techniques. The time taken to descale most items is approximately 10-60 minutes. Such a wide time span is given because results vary depending primarily on scale type and build up, dilution ratio and temperature. Once a surface has been cleaned always flush with copious amounts of water to removal all acid residues.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>HYDROCHLORIC ACID 32%</strong> (HCL) is an industrial strength acid commonly used for the removal of scale, lime, calcium, oxides, efflorescence, bore stains, concrete dust and hard water deposits.</p>

<p><strong>NOTE:</strong> this is a higher grade hydrochloric acid than the &#8220;spent / recovered&#8221; type normally found at your local pool shop or hardware store.</p>

<h3>Use Recommendations</h3>

<p>This product is generally used at concentration from 1:5 to 1:10 parts water depending on application. The product can be used via immersion, swab or recirculation techniques. The time taken to descale most items is approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Such a wide time span is given because results vary depending primarily on scale type and build up, dilution ratio and temperature. Once a surface has been cleaned always flush with copious amounts of water to removal all acid residues.</p>

<h4>TIPS:</h4> 
<ul>
	<li>Before using the product ensure the surface has been pre-cleaned with appropriate cleaner to remove unwanted oil, grease and film. </li>

	<li>If the surface is porous (ie bore stain on brick wall) then the surface should be well wetted to avoid acid being wicked into the surface and creating a white haze in the days following, as minerals are leached to the surface.</li>

	<li>Once a surface has been cleaned the acid should be washed off as soon as possible with copious amounts of water.</li>

	<li>Repeated acid washing may damage some surfaces.</li>

	<li>This product may etch, lighten or alter the color of tile, grout, stone and metal surfaces.</li>

	<li>Allow all new grout, concrete, cement or masonry to cure per manufacturers specification before using.</li>

<h3>Use Recommendations</h3>

<p>For regular scale control in high scale environments such as ships and mine sites add 50 grams (one scoop supplied with 5KG bucket) to the toilet bowl at least once a fortnight depending on water quality. Allow product to dissolve and stand for a minute or two, scrub/brush the bowl and then flush with water. Repeat this action if required.</p>

<h4>URINALS:</h4>
<p>Sprinkle product around the grate and effected areas, allow dissolving then scrubbing/brushing and flushing with water.</p>

<h4>DRAINS, PIPE WORK &amp; GREASE TRAPS:</h4>
<p>If scale formation in these locations occur you may find run off/discharge from toilets, sinks and showers become very slow. Add 100-150grams of product to the effected locations and allow dissolving. Contact time is important so leave stand for a minute or two before scrubbing/brushing and then flushing with water.</p>

<h4>WASHROOMS AND SHOWERS:</h4>
<p>Add 50-100grams of product to a 10 litre container of hot water. Allow to dissolve and use the solution to scrub the effected surface areas then rinse with water.</p>

<h4>STAINLESS STEEL:</h4>
<p>Add 150-300 grams of product 10 litre container of hot water into a container or auto parts washer. Immerse item in the solution and allow time to work (15 minutes) before flushing clean with water.</p>

<h3>Use Recommendations</h3>
<ol>
 	<li>Light Duty Cleaning: 1 part to 50 parts water</li>
 	<li>Foam Cleaning: 1 part to 10 parts water</li>
 	<li>Medium Duty Cleaning: 1 part to 10 parts water</li>
 	<li>Heavy Duty Cleaning: Neat</li>
 	<li>Rust Removal in Soak Bath: 1-3 parts to 50 parts water (keep wet with product)</li>

	<li>Prepare a diluted solution according to the extent of the contamination.</li>

	<li>Where possible use warm water as this works best.</li>

	<li>Swab or foam the solution onto the surface working from the bottom upwards.</li>

	<li>Ensure the surface is uniformly covered as uneven application may produce streaks.</li>

	<li>Keep the surface wet with the product &amp; allow at least 30 minutes WET dwell time to work.</li>

	<li>If surface becomes dry apply another coat.</li>
</ul>



<p>The product works via a chemical reaction which requires time, slight agitation and the surface to be kept wet with product. Once clean flush with fresh water.</p>
